A Presto card is a smart card used for payment of ticket fares in participating public transit systems in Ontario, Canada. Users can top up funds or load a transit pass on their card. Tapping the card on the card reader located at stations or in the vehicles lets the system know how much to deduct from the card balance. This is a transit application that allows users to view, maintain and purchase transit passes for their day to day travel across cities and jurisdictions in Ontario. With this project I had individually analyzed and redesign a task flow within the Presto app to make it more intuitive for its users. Goal was to let users easily manage and instantly load their Presto card on the go.
